Food:
Your meals are managed by yourself. In the general area KFC, Pizza Hut,
Pizza Company, really great Thai food, Halal food and lots of Thai food.
You'll be training hard and eating lots too. Plan on spending at least
200 baht / day on food (excluding expensive Western food like Pizza Hut.)
Location.
The gym can be found near Wat Putta Bucha, a nice quiet location in a
technical college community. In the general area there are many Thai food
stalls, 7-11 Stores, coffee shops, internet cafes. There are also a few
nearby Mosques, Halal food and Islamic market. Western grocery stores
like Tops Supermarket and Jusco, Pizza Company, Piza Hut, Swensen’s
Ice Cream. The Gym location is 10minutes by taxi to Central Rama II, which
is an air-conditioned mall with western food and shopping. This is a great
location to train in the peaceful suburbs of Bangkok, and not be involved
with the hustle and bustle of downtown city life.
